This committee will provide an opportunity for young leaders to come together to discuss the obstacles women face in business and develop solutions.

UNHRC

Today, the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) serves as a critical platform where countries worldwide address human rights violations. This year, our committee will focus on the severe human rights abuses taking place in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. The Uyghur people are facing oppression from the Chinese government, including restrictions on religious freedoms, forced labor, and cultural suppression.

UNODC

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) plays a crucial role in the fight against drug-related crimes. This office develops global strategies to combat drug trafficking and other related crimes. Our committee will discuss the necessary measures to prevent drug crimes and combat them effectively, and will develop solutions. International cooperation, strengthening laws, and increasing education will play a critical role in addressing this issue.

Globally, the decision-making process regarding birth methods is a complex interplay of healthcare systems, cultural factors, and individual preferences. The choice between vaginal and cesarean deliveries is influenced by each individual's unique health conditions and experiences, sometimes arising as a life-saving necessity, while other times motivated by socioeconomic or psychological reasons.
